These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hasslefreeblueprint.com (the "Site") and any communications you receive from Blueprint Collective Group, a trade name of Blueprint Builders LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We connect with property owners who are considering selling and provide no-obligation purchase offers and related information. Submitting a form on the Site does not create a contract, listing agreement, or obligation to sell. Any offer we present is non-binding until reduced to a signed written agreement.
Content on the Site is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or real estate brokerage advice, and no agency or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Site. You should consult your own attorney, accountant, or licensed real estate professional before making decisions about your property.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You agree not to submit another person's phone number or contact information without their permission.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You will receive the same offer and service whether or not you agree to receive text messages.
When you check the SMS consent box on our form and submit your phone number, you give express written consent to receive text messages from Blueprint Collective Group at that number. Messages relate to your property inquiry and may include offer information, qualifying questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages about our services.
Opt-in occurs only when you affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on our web form. The box is not pre-checked. We do not add phone numbers from purchased lists, rented lists, or third-party data sources to our messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically 2–8 messages per month.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, you agree to notify us promptly so that messages intended for you are not sent to someone else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
By submitting your information you also agree that we may contact you by phone and email regarding your inquiry. We honor Do Not Call requests. To stop calls, tell us during any call or email us at the address above. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Blueprint Collective Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint Collective Group and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our communications. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Collective Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
